Tenants never need an account to pay rent, every rent email has a secure pay link. The portal is an optional extra for tenants who want a home base.
In the portal a tenant can
- See their payment history and what's due next.
- Set up or cancel autopay.
- View their lease.
- Submit and track maintenance requests.
