Lease renewals & reminders

KeyProp watches your fixed-term leases and reminds you (and the tenant) as the end date approaches — around 90, 60, and 30 days out, then monthly until you decide what to do.

When a lease is ending

• Renew — set a new end date (and optionally a new rent). Billing continues at the new terms.
• Switch to month-to-month — the lease stays active with no end date and reminders stop.
• Let it lapse — the lease ends on its end date and billing automatically stops.
