Configuring late fees

Set your late-fee rules

1. 1Go to Payments → Late Fee Rules.
2. 2Choose flat, percentage of rent, or per-day, and set the amount.
3. 3Set a grace period (days after the due date before a fee applies) and a maximum cap.
4. 4Save. Overdue rent is automatically marked late and the fee applied per your rules.
