Letting tenants set up autopay

Autopay means a tenant's rent is charged automatically on the due date — no clicking a link each month. Tenants don't need a portal account to set it up.

How a tenant enables it

1. 1From any rent email they can tap the autopay link, or visit the manage page and enter their email to get a secure link.
2. 2They save a bank account or card once.
3. 3On each due date, KeyProp charges that method automatically. If a charge ever fails, we automatically email them a one-time pay link as a fallback.
