Adding a property

Add a property

1. 1Go to Properties → Add Property.
2. 2Enter the street address, city, state (from the dropdown), and ZIP.
3. 3Choose the property type and enter the monthly rent.
4. 4Save. The property now appears in your list and is ready for tenants.

Your plan sets how many properties you can have (Starter 10, Growth 30, Scale 75, Business unlimited). If you hit the limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
