A tenant didn't get their rent email
Quick checks when a tenant says they never received a pay link.
Things to check
- 1Confirm the tenant's email is correct on their profile (Tenants → Edit).
- 2Ask them to check spam/junk and search for 'KeyProp'.
- 3Make sure their rent due day is set — emails go out about a week before that day.
- 4If you haven't connected your bank yet, tenants get a reminder without a pay link. Connect in Settings → Payments to include the link.
You can always resend by using Collect on the charge, or record the payment manually if they've already paid you another way. Still stuck? Email support@keyprop.io.
