Property management software built for the landlords the big platforms forget — the ones with a handful of units who just want rent to show up without the hassle.

Why we built it

Most rent tools are either enterprise software priced for property-management companies, or clunky apps that still make you chase every tenant each month. Small landlords ended up stuck with spreadsheets, Venmo requests, and paper checks. KeyProp exists to give independent landlords the same automation the big firms have — at a price that makes sense for a few units.

What we believe

  • Rent should collect itself. You shouldn't have to remember to ask. Set it up once and it just runs.
  • Tenants shouldn't need another login. They can pay from a secure link — no account, no app to download.
  • Pricing should be honest. Clear, unit-based plans. No surprise per-transaction markups buried in the fine print.
  • Your money and data are yours. Payouts go straight to your bank, and your records stay private and secure.

How we make money

A simple monthly subscription based on how many units you manage — that's it. Payments are processed by Stripe at standard rates (bank/ACH is far cheaper than cards, which is why we lead with it). We don't sell your data, and we never will.
